OH&S Manual Creation

Our OH&S Consultant can assist your organisation by conducting a Gap Analysis to determine your organisational needs including the Safety Standard AS4801 if required. Once the gaps are outlined then concise and practical policies, procedures and documentation will be created to form an effective Occupational Health and Safety Manual.

This OH&S Manual will expand on statutory requirements by providing specific and practical guidance relevant to the particular task or process. It can be developed to update your existing documentation in order not to reinvent the wheel.

OH&S Risk Assessments

Our Consultant has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing and service sectors, in both highly automated and labour intensive environments. He has extensive experience in conducting risk assessments, identifying hazards and using risk analysis techniques to determine the degree of risk. Once the risk has been quantified the appropriate processes and controls are introduced to enable risks to be managed within acceptable limits.

 

Risk Assessments are conducted in relation to many types of situations and workplaces. For example: manual handling, repetitive tasks, plant & equipment, offsite work, hazardous substances and so forth.

 

OH&S and QA Auditing

Are you having trouble keeping up with your internal audit schedule? Are your internal audits producing the same outcomes every time?
