Nigel has a strong career history in management, both in Australia and internationally. Having worked in international and startup companies, Rob has extensive hands-on experience in Business, Product and Market Development roles in South Australia.  His career and experience has had a strong focus in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, strategic product and marketing plans, particularly in complex, competitive or uncharted markets, and this has resulted in significant market growth. 


With his entrepreneurial orientation, Rob has also successfully commercialised several high technology and value-added products, including restructuring a company to improve efficiency, increase sales, introduce professional export management skills and achieve profitability.

Having started her informal working career in her family’s businesses, Imaculata developed an appreciation for the difficulties and challenges faced by small-medium size businesses from a very young age. Since leaving her native country to pursue further education in Engineering, she has worked for herself as well as for international and start-up companies, broadening her experience into marketing, strategic business development, branding, event management, project management, customer service and distributor training.


Propelled by the lessons learnt at an early age about having to have ‘good business sense’, as well as her entrepreneurial nature, Imaculata has successfully initiated and improved branding, communication and advertising for an international communication company and its group of companies. In that time, she built a new, highly responsive marketing communication department that delivered faster results and higher quality at a much lower cost. She also initiated and developed a complex set of website and intranet functional requirements which, when developed, would provide an unparalleled online customer service for the company’s market niche, and improve processes and efficiency across departments.

Having worked for over 7 years in the offshore oil industry fulfilling roles from Subsea Engineer to Sales Engineer, Bruce came to Adelaide over 20 years ago with his wife and newly born quintuplet sons.


Since making Adelaide his new home, Bruce has helped many companies in the recruitment and selection of key personnel at all levels, from technical roles to Senior Managers – within industries such as ICT, engineering, mining, defence, utilities, manufacturing, government, real-time systems, animation/ simulation, commercial/financial and finally sales and marketing. Consulting independently in the Executive Recruitment and Management Coaching Sector since 2003, Paul has been giving new direction and purpose to individuals and small to medium-sized business clients seeking to develop the performance capacity of their companies.


Paul holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Canada and has worked in many different roles for 20 years in companies including Holden, Mitsubishi and Clipsal. The roles he has held include Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Manager, Executive Recruitment Consultant and he has executed a variety of different projects, including Engineering Project Management, Lean Systems Thinking, HR Management, OH&S Auditing and Compliance.


Capitalising on strong managerial and technical skills, Paul was responsible for steering large change management programs and building internal management systems as part of continuous improvement practices.

Over the past 11 years Nigel Rowe has successfully carried out a wide range of roles in many and various software development projects in Australia. Graduating with a Bachelor of Computer and Information Science, his experience spans from technical implementation to management, having filled the roles of Software Developer, Team Leader, Site Coordinator, Senior Software Engineer and Assistant to the CEO.


Nigel has strong understanding of business imperatives combined with both an impressive work ethic and a finely honed sense of humour.


His strong technical experience has helped him perform effectively in the design and development of software systems. He has been responsible for implementing customer requirements, managing system networks / servers, leading and coordinating development teams, scheduling / estimating software projects as well as negotiating and tendering for contracts. He has managed contracts & teams while handling customer relationships and site facilities.


Nigel has initiated and delivered "Tech Talks" to encourage Knowledge Sharing, process improvement, participated in interview panels and been a member of CMMI (Class A) appraisal teams.
