NIGEL HALL
Nigel has a strong career history in management, both in Australia and internationally. With extensive experience in blue chip companies, combined with experience and knowledge of small and medium size enterprise (SME) challenges, Nigel has successfully delivered strategic business development and practical plans to improve business performance, stimulate sales and increase market share and profitability in competitive markets.
His extensive experience and skills span from general business management, process development and improvements in a wide range of business areas. These include business systems development and implementation, engineering & financial management of geographically dispersed teams, establishing start-up companies, and creating and managing multi-disciplinary product development & manufacturing teams targeted towards export markets.
Combining a talent for being an efficient problem solver and an adaptive negotiator, with the ability to communicate with those at all levels of an organisation, Nigel has excelled in translating business challenges into business wins. His perceptive and honest character stand him in good stead when dealing with customers (even the difficult ones), and in developing unrealized business opportunities into business assets.
His hands on experience with high-technology products, IT and the telecommunications industry, both in service delivery and new product development, makes Nigel a well-rounded leader with a highly transportable skill set.
ROB SILVA
Having worked in international and startup companies, Rob has extensive hands-on experience in Business, Product and Market Development roles in South Australia. His career and experience has had a strong focus in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, strategic product and marketing plans, particularly in complex, competitive or uncharted markets, and this has resulted in significant market growth.
With his entrepreneurial orientation, Rob has also successfully commercialised several high technology and value-added products, including restructuring a company to improve efficiency, increase sales, introduce professional export management skills and achieve profitability.
Rob has the rare ability to see the big picture as well as having attention to detail. His natural creativity and highly innovative thinking, as well as his excellent problem solving and needs analysis skills has allowed him to successfully develop and implement business strategies, market intelligence, new and innovative designs & manufacturing methodologies, as well as create and deliver several highly innovative, state of the art products into international markets.
Rob is a skilled communicator with a natural ability to anticipate customer’s needs. His intuitive and perceptive nature, and excellent interpersonal skill with people at all organisation levels, has allowed Rob to successfully lead a team through a period of change, streamlining processes and thus enabling companies to create new professional standards.
His focus on building relationships based on respect, mutual understanding and benefits has led him to successfully negotiating (many) partnership agreements for companies. These include software and technology licensing arrangements, and the development of lasting strategic alliances..
IMACULATA MARRIOTT
Having started her informal working career in her family’s businesses, Imaculata developed an appreciation for the difficulties and challenges faced by small-medium size businesses from a very young age. Since leaving her native country to pursue further education in Engineering, she has worked for herself as well as for international and start-up companies, broadening her experience into marketing, strategic business development, branding, event management, project management, customer service and distributor training.
Propelled by the lessons learnt at an early age about having to have ‘good business sense’, as well as her entrepreneurial nature, Imaculata has successfully initiated and improved branding, communication and advertising for an international communication company and its group of companies. In that time, she built a new, highly responsive marketing communication department that delivered faster results and higher quality at a much lower cost. She also initiated and developed a complex set of website and intranet functional requirements which, when developed, would provide an unparalleled online customer service for the company’s market niche, and improve processes and efficiency across departments.
Her education in engineering and multicultural experiences have allowed Imaculata to translate technical and complex ideas into simple to understand benefits, as well as to communicate readily with people at all levels within organisations.
Imaculata’s ability to see the big picture as well as her attention to detail and her hands on experience in business administration and interests in financial markets, make her a unique team member with transportable skills to support our clients.
MARK UEBERGANG
Mark has extensive technical and management experience. His career spans from leading development of complex products, managing engineering teams and project delivery, to developing business unit strategic plans and processes and building lean and collaborative teams.
Mark is a focused, dedicated quiet achiever who has developed and delivered a wide range of process improvement programs to provide enhanced project visibility and controls and enhanced design for manufacture and service delivery processes.
His good sense of humour and balanced approach to the whole of business allows him to lead and improve multi-disciplinary team performance while successfully delivering projects within budget and on time.
Mark’s excellent problem solving skills has given him a valuable depth of experience in software and hardware development of complex products - for both commercial and military applications. Mark’s technical management experience includes management of internal and external product development and support teams, as well as hands on experience managing a broad range of IP issues. Mark has also been involved in developing relationships with strategic business partners involving supply and service agreements and has successfully managed these relationships.
Exceptional project and engineering management skills enable Mark to successfully adapt common technical management processes to real world environments to provide quality outcomes in an efficient and timely manner.
His integrity and strong desire to deliver quality, customer focused outcomes make Mark a very strong team member to overcome challenging project hurdles.
BRUCE JACOBSSEN
Having worked for over 7 years in the offshore oil industry fulfilling roles from Subsea Engineer to Sales Engineer, Bruce came to Adelaide over 20 years ago with his wife and newly born quintuplet sons.
Since making Adelaide his new home, Bruce has helped many companies in the recruitment and selection of key personnel at all levels, from technical roles to Senior Managers – within industries such as ICT, engineering, mining, defence, utilities, manufacturing, government, real-time systems, animation/ simulation, commercial/financial and finally sales and marketing. Some of his achievements include having successfully established new business divisions within Clements Recruitment (Computerforce) and Speakman & Associates (Speakman IT).
Having fulfilled a variety of roles from engineering through to executive management, Bruce brings a unique blend of boardroom savy & practical experience to his recruitment practice.
