We are thrilled to introduce our newest Senior Consultant, Paul Findlay.  Paul holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Canada and has worked in many different roles for 20 years in companies including Holden, Mitsubishi & Clipsal.  The roles he has held include Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Executive Recruitment Consultant.

He has executed a variety of projects, including Engineering Project Management, Lean Systems Thinking, HR Management, OH&S Auditing and Compliance. As an Executive Management Coach, Paul delivers a holistic and likeable approach to improving business performance by understanding how to get the best out of people first, then process, ultimately leading to higher profit and a great organisational culture.
