Strategic Planning - A well established Board will recognise the importance of strategic planning and review to their business. Whether to develop the first strategic plan, conduct a 3- or 5-year major review, or simply to undertake an annual review and update process, Adelaide Interim can facilitate the process.
Independent Advice- For both newly formed and well established Boards, there is often a need to seek advice from an independent party. Typically this takes the form of:
• seeking an expert opinion
• obtain an independent review on a business plan or strategy
• using an independent party to participate in strategic planning activities
• assistance in the establishment or review of governance processes
Mentoring/Coaching - In rapidly growing businesses, in rapidly changing circumstances or where the CEO has recently been appointed, the Board may wish to ensure that the CEO has additional support in the form of a Mentor or Coach.
