Zarloc

Zarloc wanted to put in place some formal structures in undertaking the recruitment process without becoming hamstrung with unnecessary activities. Like any company getting the right staff is critical to a successful business. However, as we have a very busy work environment, we couldn't afford to waste effort and not get the best potential candidates for our short-list. Adelaide Interim have a process called "Tailored Recruitment" where they give guidance and support only in those areas that are lacking in your own company. In our case they prepared the job advertisement, culled what were over 50 applicants and prepared some straight forward interview questions.

 

This gave us some insurance that the people we eventually interviewed face/face were pre-qualified. The process ran smoothly and quickly and was perfect for us. Innovate SA

As the then SA Centre for Innovation (SACFII) neared the end of its funding cycle, several of our key Business Advisors had moved on, leaving our office chronically under-staffed.
